Long-term lease available! Welcome to the Austin Collectic Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This stunning newly constructed 5 bedroom home only 10 miles from downtown Austin, sits on an oversized gated private property. Walk through the grand entrance to this open concept floor plan. The main floor boasts a beautiful chef's kitchen with island seating, living room and dining room with sliding doors to access the large outdoor patio. Step through the sliding doors to the outdoor sitting area with a succulent wall and access the outdoor kitchen and dining areas. Cool off in the large pool or relax in the hot tub. Your group will enjoy relaxing in this backyard oasis with a retractable patio roof. Upstairs you’ll find the workout room, media room and game room with pool table and patio. The property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 15 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
